A four-station, game-based obstetric anesthesia workshop was implemented during anesthesiology grand rounds to provide engaging, large-group education for anesthesia residents and faculty. Seventy-two participants rotated through interactive 15-minute stations covering anesthesia in pregnancy, point-of-care ultrasound, thromboelastography, and crisis resource management. Each activity was aligned to specific learning objectives and followed by structured debriefing. Survey responses from 55 participants indicated strong satisfaction, with more than 80% reporting positive experiences, high engagement, and reinforcement of knowledge. While a small number of participants expressed concerns about the depth of learning, the overall findings suggest that game-based learning can be an effective and enjoyable educational approach in obstetric anesthesia, particularly when game design is closely aligned with educational goals and sufficient time is allocated for debriefing and reflection.
