A Mayo Clinic electronic health record (EHR) training program boosted user confidence and proficiency following initial implementation. The reBoot camp course reiterated basic principles, efficiency strategies, and best-practice frameworks across multiple specialties and all Mayo Clinic sites. The program offered ongoing training to 673 participants from April 2018 through June 2020.
