2026 Healthcare Continuing Education Professionals Day

ACCME News Release (01/22/26)

Organizations joined together on Jan. 23 to celebrate Healthcare Continuing Education Professionals Day. The day honors the educators, leaders, and planners dedicated to fostering continuous learning for improved patient care. Because of their work, "evidence is adopted faster, collaboration grows stronger, [and] continuous improvement becomes part of everyday practices across the healthcare system," notes the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). To celebrate the day, ACCME featured a letter from President and CEO Graham T. McMahon, MD, MMSc; social media posts with the hashtag #AccreditedCMEdelivers; and a social media toolkit and graphics, among others.
