Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education (01/29/21)

Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education announced the modification of the Joint Accreditation Program and Activity Reporting System (JA-PARS) in partnership with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Under the changes, jointly accredited providers can cite reporting year 2021 activities with a target audience of registered dietitians or dietetic technicians; signal credits/contact hours offered to these professions; disclose participation numbers for registered dietitians or dietetic technicians; and download updated reports that include the added fields. Updated versions of the tab-delimited and XML activity submission templates are accessible here, and should be used for reporting year 2021 and future years.
